Curriculum

We work to provide a broad and balanced curriculum which is engaging and challenging for all students. Our vision is to develop young people into well-rounded citizens and has been designed with our school’s vision in mind. Our curriculum is underpinned by the National Curriculum (2014) and as part of this we cover a number of compulsory subjects, which are then enhanced with a range of additional opportunities. Compulsory National Curriculum subjects are:

Art and Design
Music
Physical Education
Modern Foreign Language (Spanish is taught throughout KS2)

We also cover Personal, Social, Health and Citizenship Education (PSCHE).
